The current owners’ connection to the Texan began long before they purchased the business. “We are the 3rd owner of the Texan, but were customers over 10 years before we bought the cafe,” they shared.

From longtime regulars to first‑time visitors, the cafe thrives on daily interactions, shared conversations, and the joy that comes from a great meal or slice of pie.
