About Me
Sarah Gutierrez serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Strategy and Development at Frontier Bank. With 18 years of banking experience, she leads initiatives that support the bank’s growth, employee development, technology innovation, and customer experience.
A graduate of the Graduate School of Banking Executive Development Program, Sarah works closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, execute strategic priorities, and drive organizational growth. Her responsibilities include business development, strategic planning, leadership development, training programs, and initiatives that strengthen the bank’s culture and performance.
Sarah also oversees the advancement of the bank’s digital banking and technology platforms, helping align innovative solutions with customer needs and business objectives. By connecting strategy, technology, and talent development, she helps position Frontier Bank to serve customers and communities effectively while supporting long-term growth.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trident University.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Garrett, and their two sons, Rhett and Gage.
