What do you find is the most challenging part of banking?
Changing customer demographics plays a significant role in raising customer expectations. With each new generation of banking customers comes a more innate understanding of technology and, as a result, an increased expectation of digitized experiences. We have to remain agile, pivot quickly, and innovate soundly to thrive as an industry. Our bank is built on tradition, and we are committed to delivering the same friendly personal experience they have grown accustomed to while embracing the digital world.
Do you have a pet, and what is their name?
I have a 2-year-old English Bulldog mix named Little Cupcake I adopted from the Bastrop Animal Shelter and a six-month-old Miniature Australian Shepherd mix adopted from Austin Pets Alive. My fur babies bring joy and laughter into my life.

World’s greatest dinner party, who’s on your list?
Albert Einstein, Anton Zeilinger, Stephen Hawking, Masaru Emoto, and Neil deGrasse Tyson. I would just sit in a corner and listen to them talk passionately about cosmology, quantum entanglement, nebulas, consciousness, and the universe.

Ambitious, creative, and kind.
What is your personal motto?
When I stand in front of God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, “I used everything you gave me.”
