Vicki Dumbeck is an Executive Vice President and Elgin Market President of Frontier Bank of Texas. She manages all aspects of consumer real estate lending, including loan recommendations, loan production, and credit policies and procedures. With over 35 years of banking and lending experience, Vicki has worked in most areas of the bank and specializes in consumer and real estate lending. As a leader and a natural collaborator, she understands that the right combination of financial expertise, close customer relationships, and superior customer service puts a small-town bank in a unique position to build a stronger financial institution and a stronger community at the same time. By nurturing close relationships with individual customers, community institutions, and businesses of all sizes, she has enhanced the bank’s ability to serve as an engine for growth in Central Texas  When asked why she loves Frontier Bank, Vicki replied, “We have the greatest customers….that’s why!”

Cole Bolton – Senior Vice President, Director of Small Business and Commercial BankingPortrait of Cole Bolton

Cole can rope and ride with the best of them! He holds an MBA in Agricultural Education and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Leadership from Texas Tech University. Bolton serves as a Director of Small Business and Commercial Banking since 2019, and previous to that, he was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking. Bolton is responsible for developing small business and commercial bankers to deliver best-in-class community banking. He is passionate about providing top-notch deposit and loan solutions with expedited service throughout Central Texas. He enjoys competitive calf roping, team roping, and bay fishing. Cole also owns and operates his own cattle company, where he raises heifers to breed and pre-conditions yearlings. Bolton and his wife are residents and owners of a beef cattle operation in Austin, where he raises heifers to breed and pre-conditions yearlings.

My Great, Great, Grandfather, and Grandmother. I would like to hear the stories of their journey from Germany to the United States and Texas.

We have horses, 14 Alpacas, 3 Llamas, 4 Dwarf Nigerian goats (Lucy and her babies, Jolene, Trudy & Charlotte), and many other animals that we love dearly.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Rid the world of all cancer.

What do you do for fun?
I love spending time with my husband and value the time spent with our animals. Each has its own personality, especially our babies (Mia, Ferdinand & Jack Frost) and our baby alpacas.

Hard work and dedication is the key to success.

Almost ten years! Wow!

What do you find is the most challenging part of banking?
It is both challenging and fun to be my customers’ banker. They all need something different, but I need to be versatile and be a Swiss Army Knife as just one person.

Do you have pets, and if so, what are their names?
I have a Blue Heeler named Macy, and she likes my daughters more than me.

Mind control, so my opinion in my house full of ladies would be heard!

Pizza!

Coach youth baseball, play with my kids, and try to learn new things.

The power to make people laugh all the time.

Spend time with my wife at the gym, biking, hiking, cooking, traveling, working out in the yard or gardens, or going to the grocery store together.

To be able to time travel. I’d love to experience different eras.

Home-cooked BBQ. I love firing up the smoker on weekends.

Anything outdoors. I enjoy hiking the greenbelt with our pups, kayaking on Town Lake, and playing in various sports leagues.

Lacey is a native Texan and was born and raised just outside Weatherford. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics. In 2012, Lacey moved to Austin and started her banking career. She has experience in both consumer and business banking relationships. I love the small town, community atmosphere from the employees and its customers, and I love how we can offer a more personalized service than what a “big bank” can do.

What was your favorite toy as a kid?
I honestly do not remember having a favorite toy. I just remember climbing trees, riding horses, and playing outside.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
To be able to hear what animals are thinking. I would love to know what my dog thinks of me and for my horses to be able to tell me when something hurts. It would sure save on the vet bills!

What is your favorite food?
I could eat good Tex-Mex every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy.

What is your personal motto?
There is no better rule than the Golden Rule. I always try to look at things from other people’s perspectives and put myself in their shoes.
