The Frontier Team
The bank’s core system is the software that drives most major banking functions like opening and managing accounts, processing cash deposits and withdrawals, calculating interest and much more. This enhancement will make for a better bank and a better banking experience.
In late-April we will launch a new and improved bank website. We will take down internet banking at 3PM the night before the website is launched to integrate the internet banking login to our homepage. General Login – You will continue to use your existing user ID and password until Monday, June 6th.
Digital Banking (including desktop, mobile, billpay, etc.) will be live on the morning of June 6th.
On May 31st, Online Banking self-enrollment, stop payments, address change requests, copy requests, online wires and the customer messaging system will be disabled. Balances will not be available from Thursday, June 2nd through Monday June 6th.
General Login – You will continue to use your existing user ID and password until Monday, June 6th. On June 6th, you will be prompted to use a temporary password. The temporary password will be your current user ID plus the last four of your social or EIN for business customers.
You will be prompted to accept new terms and conditions at initial login for online statements/online notices, billpay, and text alerts. The same set of terms will be displayed within online banking as well as the mobile app.
You will have access to 12 months of account history and 24 months of statements beginning on June 6th.
